Tulip Skirt

This is my fourth and last outfit created for our trip in July. Yes, I am a little late.
The set was created about three month ago, for summer but the first try of this skirt was horrible, so I decided to put it away for a while.
This week I finally finished it. It's a tulip style. The fabric does not show but it has an interesting shape.
For fall and winter I will be creating more of this with another look.
